Creative Pedagogies

An inherently interdisciplinary cluster that brings together researchers to interrogate and extend debates on the intersections of pedagogy and creative practice. Rethinking disciplinary and institutional boundaries, our research explores how creative practice at all levels within and outwith formal education creates new social and material spaces and potentials for learning.  Recognizing that for practitioner lecturers investigating their teaching and disciplinary pedagogy is often a first step towards becoming a researcher, the cluster also acts as an incubator and catalyst for increasingly entangled relationships as creative pedagogies feed into different disciplines.
