Carla Hamer

Dr Carla Hamer’s research interests centre on the ethics of participatory photographic practices. As a researcher practitioner Carla is interested in interdisciplinary, performative approaches, the theory and politics of photography, the relationship between photography and performance art, and the new research methodologies in the arts. She has exhibited her work in UK and overseas and worked as part of a performance art group in Buenos Aires, her city of origin.
